WORC Force is a multi-purpose center that helps those with a range of abilities and learning challenges master in-demand skills for the workplace and beyond, while offering opportunities to connect with the community through programs and events.
In work, many find their calling, their joy, and a greater sense of community. WORC Force is designed to give those with a wide range of abilities the chance to build upon their talents and skills and improve their well-being.
Multiple Training Centers
WORC Force will be equipped with multiple training centers, including a retail environment, office work spaces, an automotive shop and a professional kitchen, among many others.
Job Placement
For those with the ability to move beyond training and into an employment position, WORC Force’s community outreach includes several businesses in close proximity to us looking to hire people of all abilities and offers continued job support when applicable.
Community Connection
Among the many features of the 24,000-square-foot WORC Force facility are specialized spaces such as a gymnasium/auditorium, board room and kitchen/dining spaces. We hope to deepen our connection with the surrounding community by enabling outside organizations to utilize these spaces for recreation/sports leagues, meetings and events.
